We attend to our business, customers, clients, families and what about ourselves? How about the EOQ (End of Quarter or Month) or EOM mayhem and being overwhelmed all at the same time! Are you desk bound, literally? how are you sleeping?
Is your mind/energy also active and you wake up connected to your prior day or future day or week, a phone call, a proposal …?
When did you last take the time to plug in for a recharge? defragment your personal power and self, let alone self love time? There are many amazing methods available to de-stress and books to read, yet there are some essential, simple techniques and tools you can easily incorporate in your daily lives both to act upon and to listen to if not interactively or passively. These tools are all around beneficial.

These sessions are designed to be very net, timely, relevant and provide you with some easy to apply tools, implement personal energetic saving, energetic body building, energetic hygiene, and instant and longer term de-stress techniques for effective energy management and energy building during the series. The packages also provide and are tailored to develop a sense of “as is” energy levels and introduces a subtle way of building your energy levels and energy body customized for you to achieve your goals, similar to physical body exercise, yet nourishing and building for the energy body.
I am providing one on one consulting for 30 minutes at $60. Hourly rates or General Energy Sessions are $120
